Pricing

Priced per sender, not per signature.

Sold to companies, priced by the people who send contracts. Signing is free and always will be — the person on the other end has no account, installs nothing, and costs you nothing to reach.

Plans

Two plans and a conversation.

Adelo Docs is sold to businesses, under an order form between your company and Adelo Health, LLC. Every plan includes the whole product — the catalogue, the clause library, rendering, signature, the audit trail and the public verifier. What changes is how many people can send, and whether the documents leave from your own domain.

Single sender

A company where one person sends the paper.

$19 per month

$190 a year if paid annually — two months.

  • Unlimited documents

Most companies

Business

A team that sends contracts as part of the job.

$390 per sender a year if paid annually. Signers are never senders, and are never counted.

  • Every sender on your team
  • Sends from your own domain, once verified
  • Clause library with review before anything reaches paper
  • Invoices out to QuickBooks, payments read back
  • PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint conversion
  • Everything in Single sender

Custom

Your own paper, or an answer we have to put in writing.

Let’s talk priced to the work

Priced against what it actually takes, and said out loud before you commit to anything.

  • Your own document template, drawn to your paper
  • Single sign-on
  • A signed DPA, and a BAA where one is needed
  • Retention and export commitments in writing
  • Everything in Business

Free, always

Two things never cost anything.

Neither of these needs an account, a card, or a plan — not now and not later. They are how the person on the other end of a contract meets this product.

Signing
The counterparty opens a link, reads the document and signs it. No account, no app, no bill, however many contracts you send them.
Verifying
Anyone can check that a PDF is the document that was signed, at app.adelodocs.com/verify. The file is hashed in the browser and never uploaded — so a document can be checked without handing it to the party being checked.

The meter

Senders are the only thing counted.

Documents are not metered
No envelope allowance, no annual quota, no overage rate you have to ask for. Send what the work needs; draft, redraft and delete as much as you like.
The invoices against a contract are free
A twelve-month term raises twelve invoices from the same file. They are the same document doing its job, and charging twice for that would be charging for arithmetic. Resending is free, and so is voiding.
A signer is never a seat
The person on the other end has no account and never appears on your bill, however many contracts you send them. Only the people who send count.

Said plainly

The things a pricing page usually leaves out

Signing is free, permanently. Not free for now. The person receiving a contract has no account, no app and no bill, and any future plan that charged them would be a different product.

Sales tax is added where it is owed. Adelo Health, LLC is a Texas company; Texas treats this kind of subscription as a taxable service on 80% of the price. If you are somewhere it applies, it is a line on the invoice rather than a surprise on the card statement.

There is no security certification. Adelo Docs does not hold a SOC 2 report and does not claim one. What it does hold is written down on the privacy page, including the parts that are inconvenient.

Your paper stays yours. Documents export as the same JSON and PDF they were built from, on any plan, including after you stop paying. An archive of executed agreements should not need a running web service to be read — including ours.

Getting started

Fourteen days, three documents

A trial is fourteen days and three real documents — real in the sense that they are properly executed and yours to keep, not watermarked samples. Three is enough to send a contract, watch somebody sign it, and raise the first invoice against it, which is the whole loop.

No card, because there is nothing yet to put one into. Signup is not self-serve: accounts are opened by hand, one conversation at a time. That is slower than a checkout button and it is the honest description of how this works today, so the trial ends in a conversation rather than a charge.

When card billing does exist, the rule it will follow is the one worth committing to now: an email before anything converts, never a silent renewal, and cancelling inside the trial costs nothing.
